Rented a VW Polo online through Holiday Rentals. When I arrived to pick the car up they told me it wasn't available, but I would get an upgrade. The gave me a Nissan Micra instead. Too tired to protest, I took the car. Needless to say, a Micra is a far cry of an upgrade to a VW. Beware of the bate and switch if you do business with this company.

Absolutely terrible. My flight was canceled and they gave my car away that I prepaid for!!! No customer service, said find another. They are owned by HERTZ, stay away from both of them!!

Stay away from this company. They failed to deliver the car and did not answer phone calls. Ruined one day of vacation. We had payed in advance. Did not offer any compensation.

My apartment pulled the car out of snow.
He did not charge me extra money and in fact he gave
