This shop has moved to Kringlan Shopping Center. The donuts were ok but service was below average and the tables were not being bussed.

I suppose if you are really dying for an North American donut this would be the place. Dunkin donuts is purely for the tourists and makes for a good meeting place. There are clean bathrooms, it's bright, it has comfortable seating, and it is easy to spot on the tourist stretch.

As tourists we got excited when we saw the "Islenska karamela" donut label. I asked if they had any more as the tray was empty. The girl said yes, of course. After we paid she tried to give us the regular caramel. I pointed out that we specifically asked first prior to ordering but she just shrugged like your typical millennial so we had to go with another standard one. No apology from her.

Large Dunkin Donuts with good range of donuts and sandwiches. I had a chicken sandwich but parts of it were still cold unfortunately and it tasted quite greasy. Second visit I had a ham and cheese croissant, also not warmed up properly with cold bits. Good location, friendly staff, free WiFi. First time I visited there was hardly anyone here and second visit it was packed; it might have been the weather. Prices definitely not Dunkin-Cheap but Icelandic-Expensive. $10 for a small coffee and croissant is double what I pay in New York.

Okay maybe it's cuz we r from America, but firstly, who puts butter on their bagel??? Second, probably the best caramel donut ever. Thirdly, excuse me while I empty my piggy bank. Good food but just strange and overpriced. Very clean. Definitly giving mixed reviews here people. Nice staff but like..where actually am I?! $75 for a meal for 5 is a bit ridic

What can i say? I'm a New Englander on vacation in Iceland so had to get a donut and a coffee. First thing you'll notice is that they take way more pride in their donut frosting than here in the states.

$34 USD for a dozen donuts! They do not use the standard recipe for the donuts either. These did not taste at all like an American dount.

Clean place. Great place to hang out when it's freezing outside. Some of the donuts they serve are unique to Iceland.

The coffee, Donuts and snacks are all expensive, in line with Iceland but the shop was warm, has great free Wifi and is a nice place to relax for a few minutes. Staff were great and spoke perfect English so if you have any specific requests I'd imagine it would be no problem.
