Delicious lunch! I had the salmon and my husband ate fish & chips, and both of our meals were lovely. You can also purchase the pottery that is about the restaurant which I thought was really neat.

Nice little restaurant, great location on the way back from Vik. Food was really good, especially the Fish and Chips, and the staff were very accommodating.

The Mr. Bergmann Burger changed my life! Yes, meals are expensive in Iceland, but the chef at Eldstó prepares burgers worth every kroner. The waitress was very polite too. Please stop here during your travels!

We were the only customers when we went in, so the place was very quiet. The waitress was very friendly. Lamb soup was amazing, as was the carrot cake we got to go. Price is a little steep, but it is Iceland.

5 stars for the cafe, one for the guest house. The food is great definitely a good stop. We were traveling with another couple whose room was above the kitchen and the kitchen staff was blasting music until after one in the morning.

We really liked this low-key place with good food and service and a nice little pottery gallery. With the prices of the meals at the nearby guesthouses pretty high, this is a good alternative for eating out in this small town.

We thought the idea of having a restaurant in a pottery shop was interesting so we visited. Goodness, beautiful pottery but also great food. They were accommodating when my husband wanted a side of ratatouille with his instead of a full portion even though it wasn't a menu option. Have dessert.

Our server was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about allergies. She was able to suggest many gluten-free options for me to choose from. She also advised they have a separate gluten-free fryer for fries and bread is preped in a separate area from other food! I had a cheese burger with no bun and fries. The food was simple but good. Glad I came across this place.

This was a great stop and find. Service was friendly, soups and salads were all fantastic. No complaints all satisfaction at our table for 4 weary travelers who had just spent the entire day around tourists and trying to find non-paying toilets. Great way to end the day for us.

We were lucky to find this place, as the weather was awful with wind and rain, so not ideal to camp. The staff was really friendly and we got a very cute room. It wasn't big, but there is a kitchen/ living room which can be used by everyone. We also had the breakfast. The warm chocolate croissants are not to be missed! Would definitely stay there again! All very clean and new.

Very modest menu selection. They are out of alot of items. And for what we are it s very expensive. Probably would not go here again.

Dinner was excellent. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions about purchasing pottery. Prices very fair and the atmosphere cozy and comforting. Will definitely return.
