  Very friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of winter service sometimes — this would be ok, but not in the morning when you have to go to another building to get breakfast. Other than that, super cool idea to transform a dorm into a guesthouse!

  Really unique place - old school and students dorm transformed into hotel.
  Everything was really clean, staff extremely nice and helpful and breakfast delicious.

  Mmm, not a fan. For me 2 stars, for others maybe not. This place is an old dorm style school. Carries noise, smelled like an old dorm. Children were running the check-in, breakfast, etc. They were nice kids, but the place felt like it was run by the 12-15 year old kids they were.
  
  This place was the cheapest by far and it was a place to stay, as everything else was all booked up.
  
  Breakfast was adequate.

  The campsite in Eglisstar was full. Searched for a hotel and found this guesthouse. I'm sure glad we did! Newer place with friendly staff! Comfortable beds, clean showers, and amazing breakfast included in the price. Thank you!!

  Günstig und gut! Wir fanden hier einfache Zimmer mit guten Betten und ausreichend Platz. Gute Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp 💖

  They really try to be the cheapest, cost wise, in iceland. We arrived late and the front staff scraped a feast together for us, wich we were immensely grateful for. Comfy country atmosohere. Favorite spot so far.
