Cool space and friendly staff. Food was on the pricey side and was decent but not 5 stars.
Amazing pizzas, beautiful view and a cozy place: what else to ask? Would definitely go back next time I'm in Akureyri
Food was reasonably priced, for Iceland. Pizza was good but the Louisiana chicken wasn't my favorite. Still, wasn't disappointed. It's also open relatively late, even on Sunday.
Nice restaurant with good service and good food for a normal price. I am definitely going back in the future
Stunning ribs and pizza. Me and my wife visited one evening and was delighted with what we found. A beautiful building with lovely staff and best of all plenty of locals eating there also (always a good sign in my opinion). Really can't recommend it enough if you are in akureyri and fancy some good food. It isn't in what you might call the centre exactly but it is only a extremely short walk to there!
Loved the place, cosy, good food and nice staff.
Went here for food as we had a coupon from the Iceland coupons book, pizza was delicious and we shared it with fries between two of us. Lovely place, good service, English spoken by servers.
Nice view, friendly staff, a bit understaffed though. Had to wait quite a bit to get a table for two. Delicious vegan salad, but that's the only vegetarian option.
Good food and nice staff in a cosy atmosphere with Icelandic prices. Also seems to be a nice place to go to with kids - saw lots of families and all the kids seemed well entertained :)
Bryggjan honestly has a lot of great food :) The locals all like it as far as I know. I've heard they have the best pasta in town, but I won't vouch for it since I haven't tried it myself! 😂
It's looks lovely on the inside. Old and rustic but it's not actually that old!
The only thing that's a little disappointing is that they tend to be a little slow And sometimes they mix up orders a bit but nothing too major.
It's a great place for family and friends or larger groups since they do have a few rooms that are easy to set up for larger parties :)
Prices are average for Iceland. Had some burgers, fries and BBQ chicken wings. Everything was delicious! You won't be disappointed.
A really nice looking pizza pub. The place was originally built in 1911 and later converted to a restaurant in the 1990's. The old exposed rafters looked really cool and the brick bar was a cool touch.
The staff were pleasant and the odd pizza recipes were actually quite good. I've never had cream cheese on a pizza but it was quite good.
Great selection of food, lovely staff and beautiful setting
Fine food. Really recommand the pizzas. They show some sports events so if you are interested in watching sports over some good beers and great food then this could be the place for you.
Actually I would rate 3 stars but the food was very good. The restaurant has also a good beer selection. But the staff is not really interested in their customers. We and all other at the table had to wait only for the first order 20 minutes minimum. They never ask us, is everything good, do you like one beer more. So we paid and leave the restaurant quick.
