Where do I even begin? I could have not asked for two better people as our photographers! They were amazing! From the very start they were responsive through the process as were were planning our wedding from the states. We had such a great day with them driving around to epic locations and taking photos. They were so friendly and a joy to hang out with! They made me and my husband feel so comfortable throughout the whole day. When we got our preview pictures we were in such awe of their amazing skills and work. The pictures they took tell a story of how amazing our day was!!!! Would definitely recommend!

Halldóra & Hobie are fantastic, they are both incredibly talented photographers and an absolute pleasure to work with. They did a great job with our engagement photos and we can’t wait to work with them at our wedding this fall - they are highly professional and personable while continually going above and beyond expectations, plus they are just a joy to be around! We highly recommend them for any of your Icelandic photo needs.

How do I leave more than 5 stars?
Halldora and Hobie were wonderful from our initial inquiry, through the planning phase, on our actual photography day, and with the post-shoot communication. The amazing photos we received were the cherry on top.
From the start, they were extremely helpful with helping us to decide the locations of the shoot. We decided on southern Iceland for our actual photoshoot, but their other suggestions helped to guide our travel itinerary for our trip. They were very flexible about our shoot day as well as with the deposit payment. The day of the actual shoot felt like we were exploring with friends. Both Halldora and Hobie were so easy to talk to and immediately made us feel comfortable. They allowed us to feel natural and this definitely came through in our photos. We had opted for a full day shoot, and they were in no rush, taking as much time as needed to set up perfect shots even though we were running over time.
We mentioned that we were hoping to get just one or two pictures within the next couple days, and they delivered above and beyond, sending us over a dozen pictures within a few days. All the pictures came out beautifully -- the challenge now is picking our favorites!
All in all, I cannot recommend Halldora and Hobie highly enough!

Hobie and Halldora are the photographers you wish for. From the uncomplicated email contact and booking process to location planning and any other local tips and tricks, we were very happy about their support. On the big wedding day itself, taking photos felt very natural and easy. They know stunning locations in nature and can accomodate all your individual wishes very well. The photos truly reflect our emotions and all the fun we had. Also the processing of the photos is really fast and download is easy. We even took some drone photos and videos which look out of this world. All in all a total recommend.
