  The landlord is the worst person I've ever met. Arrogant, greedy, selfish, etc. He didn't let us invite friends, not even to play cards nor watch a movie. I had to call police two times, the second time because he didn't wanted to return me my money deposit without any reason.

  Spend there 5 months during my Erasmus stay. It´s a clean place and the price is quite ok for Iceland. The guesthouse is located near centre and realy close to swimming pool. The fridge is for everyone, so expect to lose some sausages etc. :D 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, big room with TV.

  Ruhig und sauber! Etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum aber noch so, dass Akureyri zu Fuss erkundet werden kann.

  Lovely place! Thank you for the hospitality. Really clean and quite place.
  We've shown in the place in the evning and there was no problem with accomodation.

  Theotor the owner is great! Lovely guy, very helpful. Super clean and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend staying here along with a 1 minute easy walk to the high Street!
