Their price is reasonable base on their amenities. More importantly it is in the city center and you are close to lots of historical places.

The hotel used to be nice but really needs a renovation. Room had a cigarette smell, bathroom was rather falling apart. Bed was comfy but service insufficient - we found dirty clothes after guest before us, none cleaned our room for 4 days, we cohabited with a dead pigeon on the window (that haven't been removed after we urged the reception for several times and left our room key with them).
