A modern hotel in downtown Shiraz. Understand its actually quite new although I think I would probably have missed that fact given its somewhat dated design. Overall good facilities including restaurants, spa and indoor pool. The rooms are spacious, comfy n clean. All good.

It wasn't for me to be satisfied at all. This hotel is not as luxurious as it is said but its cost is like luxury hotels.
They have false propaganda. It was expensive. Other hotels are better priced without double-blind. I was happy with the Zand Hotel.

Shiraz Grand Hotel was such an amazing place we stayed for a couple of nights during our visit to Iran. I came from New Zealand to Iran after going to South Korea with my family of four and stayed at many hotels along the way but this hotel was amazing.
The hotel and rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean.
The facility was great, with a swimming pool and spa.
With five different restaurant the food was awesome.
I come back for sure.

Great Hotel to stay in Shiraz. Great rooms on 12th Floor with view of mist of Shiraz city. Clean rooms spacious toilets with good shower. Friendly staff

4 restaurants within hotel and Several classy restaurants near by within walking distance. Reasonable breakfast. And 15 to 20 minutes from Shiraz International Airport.

This is one of the best hotels in Shiraz. A little far from central area and bazaar but still very accessible. The staff are very polite and professional. Make sure you walk around the park and the hill nearby.

Great hotel at a fair price. The view over the city from the rooms is stunning. The buffet at the restaurant is well furnished as well as the breakfast. There is a swimming pool which is gigantic and has the view over Shiraz. Great place to stay for the holiday. Rooms are more than decent. Highly recommend

The grand hotel of Shiraz is one of the best hotels in Shiraz. You can have a delightful and pleasant stay at there because of its well access to the tourist sites, experienced staff and all modern facilities that are available here.

I stayed here during my visit to Shiraz. I was a tourist from the US and my expectations of this 5 star hotel was high and was not met. It is located at a nice place with a nice view. The breakfast buffet has many options. The staff are nice but not that helpful. I requested ice to my room once and they brought it immediately. As a norm, they should be given a tip for doing that apparently but I did not have cash at the moment and did not tip the guy. The second time they did not even honor my request and did not bring ice to my room which is rude. Also the pool has specific hours for hotel guests but public can use the pool anytime they want which is DUMB. Hotel guests are paying for hotel amenities and should be able to use the pool whenever they want. A five star hotel should not allow this discrimination. This rule should be vice versa allowing public to use it for less amount of time, NOT THE HOTEL GUESTS. I hope management does something about this. Overall, facing this sort of stuff really brought the hotel's level down for my family and I. Next time, I will stay at another hotel.

My favorite hotel in Shiraz. It is located in the best place a hotel can be located. Nice view, nice restaurant, and walking distance to a lot of Shiraz historic attractions.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast is great. The staff are really helpful and friendly.
It also has a nice sport club and swimming pool and sona which you can use for free in certain hours.
The rooms are clean and spacious.If I go again to shiraz I definitely go again to this hotel and I recommend it o others.

It looks 5 stars and the hotel infrastructure, lobby, breakfast and dining area are excellent. 5-10 minutes ride by taxi to city center. However, the quality of the room and amenities are like 3 stars and this is usual for all 5 stars hotel in Iran. We stayed in the best hotel in Tehran and Esfahan and despite its grandest lobby and dining room, their bedrooms and particularly bathrooms are like 3 stars.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is good. I wish they have more modern furnitures! They did an awesome job with the architectural design of the hotel. But, for some reason the interior design is not modern. If they change their interior design, everything would look much better. To the owner, Please buy some modern furnitures instead of 70s old style.
