Hotel building is very old one standing since the revolution.
The air conditioning is very noisy but works well.
Top floor restaurants has a nice view.
TV does not have many options and quality of broadcasting is not enough.
In terms of pricing one of the most preferable hotel in Tehran.response / report this review -

I’m so sad that had to give this hotel a low review but it defiantly wasn’t to a 5 star hotel standard. The room and the views were good and clean. My problems with it: 1. The personnel at the front desk were rude and not helpful at all. For instance Every time I’m talking to them or asking them a question, they’re also talking to other personnel about their personal stuff which I found really annoying and rude. I also had a situation that I forgot I had my Iranian passport with them so I was looking for it in my room and thinking I’ve lost it so I called the front desk and ask them and they did’t the effort to look on my file to see if it’s there or not and told me it’s not there and I stayed in panic mode for the whole day! I also gave them two boxes to hold and give it to two different person that come on and get them. I added notes and explained it to them every 10 times that they called and asked and then at the end they gave both boxes to one person !!! 2. The room service was the other problem, usually when your room get cleaned they change the vanity stuff that has been finished but apparently this wasn’t the case in this so called 5 star hotel! Every time I had to call for shampoos etc. 3. The breakfast buffet was the same every day. Their coffee machine wasn’t working and no one fixed it. 5. The air condition in the room was crazy. Usually you can set the air condition at a certain temperature well this one was not like that it was just on hot mode, it was like sauna and I called send a guy over and he set it on cool mode but still hot!

Parsian Azadi Hotel is absolutely one of the best 5 star hotels in Iran. The well-trained & friendly staffs, good service, along with clean rooms constitute the high quality accommodation in Tehran. If you want to visit Tehran, Do Not Miss this Hotel. you will enjoy the hotel‘s services

Well, with the hotel standars in Iran, this hotel is the best u can find Lobby is nice, and in the hotel area u can find enough restaurants and cafes during your stay never tried the rooms though! Good location if u have a driver or want to use taxi in Tehran, The public transportation close to this hotel is the Bus BRT line in Chamran Motorway

Great hotel. Nice view towards northern mountains. Restaurant shares the same view but suffers from diversity of options. Comfortable rooms. Best thing about this hotel however is its pool. The water comes directly from natural springs (not hot water though)

Comfortable stay with amazing views. Staff are courteous and friendly. Good breakfast buffet selection. Baked foods are especially good.

Good location of hotel.. Beautiful view and surrounding. Many options of restaurant available including Indian restaurant serving decent good food.. Rooms are specious and have good amenities. Staff is also ok. Only thing is rent is bit expansive.. You may get cheaper options nearby..

Healthy Environment. It's big and comfortable for visitors. I visited with my family and found cozy. Great staffs and healthy foods with great rest.

All in all, a nice hotel. Rooms with panoramic view over the city and the mountains.
Bathroom spacious and very well cleaned, bathtub and shower, enough space to stow cosmetic articles. Bedroom with writing desk, 2 armchairs and coffee table, water kettle, filled mini bar/fridge. Window can be opened.
The carpet and textile arm chairs could be cleaned more thoroughly.
As i read some critical comments about pics of religious leaders in the lobby or not alowing non-Muslim married couples to share one room - i think that this is not a choice the hotel can make or decide independently about those issues.
The internet turns off every now and then, and of course, some sites are blocked. But this as well, not the mistake of this hotel.response / report this review -

New hotel in Tehran, International style, good for business stay, try the lamb chop on G/F western restaurant, highly recommend.
