Very luxury.
Located at northwest of Tehran which means ur stay is calm and less stressed.
Good place for high important business meetings and luxury stay.
Very high quality and delicious dishes from traditional to international foods.
Finally, the hotel has the best veiw and landscape to Tehran

Went back to Iran after 32 years! The hotel and its staff were simply amazing! Their service, hospitality, amenities, cleanliness, and compassion made this trip the most memorable of all my travels! I Can't wait to return to the beautiful Tehran and will surely stay at no other place than this magnificent palace!

Espinas is worth a stay ; enjoyed the dinner experience with live orchestra.
Authentic Iranian music played by the performers.
And of course not to mention the delicious food.

Attached pics are from one of the rooms if Espinas;
visited in month of January. Highly recommended if you are looking for a luxury stay.

We had an event in the traditional restaurant of the hotel about three weeks ago. Having a good traditional music group and also a pianist, we enjoyed a great time. It was Thursday and we had attended the restaurant from 19 to 23 at night. All of the people from hotel entrance up to the restaurant were fantastic. The food was good also not great because in Tehran you can find many restaurant with better quality food. There is also parking even in the peak of the day. All in all I recommend this place for staying and having food.

I think is a very good hotel if u have to spend time in Tehran, maybe not a lot of space for clothing if u have to spend long time in winter, but I think is just a small problem, also international restaurant in my opinion is very good

I spent two days for a medical congress at this hotel. The meeting rooms were really spacious and were very-well manicured with elegant furniture. The dining area looked very nice and the quality of the food served was outstandingly high.

Nice building with beautiful view, rooms are big enough to make you feel comfortable But the management and staff seems to be not that well experienced yet. I hope they get better by time. Internet is really week. And comparing to other five star hotels, price of laundry and in room meals are pretty high. The in room menu doesn't give you much options though

Best available new made luxury hotel top of mountain in North West of Tehran with a breathtaking view over Tehran, of course when there is no pollution😊
Large well designed lobby with coffee shop, staffs need to be trained suitable for a luxury 5 stars hotel. Overall experience was good, moreover you can not find better than this in Tehran🤔
Free WiFi and free parking available!
Easy access to all east to west and north to south highways. There is not much activity around so need to get a cab to reach to nice restaurant in 10-15 min away!

Very nice hotel. Expensiv. Unfortunately the Internet access is very slow there. Good breakfast, but they start very late, at 07:00 a.m.!

One of the best luxury hotels in Iran. It's a quiet and clean place to stay. It has a great view when the whether is windy.

Luxury and new, yes! But I had a very disappointing check-in experience and we didn't have hot water one morning (I was advised by maintenance that they can't help with), ended up taking a cold water shower in a very cold winter day.
In general I found the reception desk arrogant and rude.
