Usually I use eram hotel sport club (specially its pool) and most of the times, i am satisfied about its quality of service.

The hotel is good. However it is located far away from the city streets and the nearest streets are around 2 or 2 1/2 Kilometers from the hotel. So, When you are in hotel you can't think of anything except having a coffee or food in their restaurant or to stay in the room.
The rooms are fine and well appointed. However the room and hotel quality doesn't justify the prices charged. The breakfast offered is exactly the same everyday which makes it quite boring after 2nd day.
They don't have much to offer in the room service.

The place is great except 2 items. First the quantity and quality of showers which are poor in terms of water pressure. Second the new dry sauna is not hot enough. Anyway thanks for providing us with a wonderful time.

It is a 3 star hotel ..i reserve it through internet they said it is a 4 star hotel .
The price is high.
Location is not good so you must take taxi every time; if you need you can get snapp taxi or tap30 ones instead taxi tel.
Breakfast is not royal !!
Restaurants has same menu and the meals are not served in rooms .
The price of foods in restaurants is high. there is a low speed free internet .
The swim pools are not free.
