This is an excellent place to experience living in a very old place with the most modern facilities. We stayed at Gooshvareh room which I really recommend if you don't have a problem with a few stairs (about one floor). Just locking and unlocking the doors to your room, is experiencing the ancient Iranian doors. This place only serves breakfast and the address is a little bit tricky though.

Very historical romantic hotel. It was great at all respects. Very nice place for memorable photos too! The restaurant was not as expected.
Its new decorations was totally different from the hotel's historic design and the breakfast was neither good nor bad. So average…

A very nice Hotel with great rooms and good food. The staff is also nice and gave us a tour of the traditional rooms!
We had the room that is half in the basement which was especially beautiful!!

We were six visiting Esfahan and stayed at Atigh hotel. We had a wonderful experience at this gorgeous old traditional house transformed into a hotel.

The hotel is in the ancient part of the city, few hundred meters from the Jame' Mosque, a treasure of Iranian architecture. We discovered many wonders in this neighborhood, including Sheikh Bahahi's house.

The location, the hotel architecture, the service, the morning breakfast were all first rate. Highly recommended if you're interested in the Botique Hotel experience.

Room for improvement: the bathrooms might be better fitted. The shower stalls are not separated from the toilet area creating a bit of a mess after showering. And the public bathrooms can be better maintained and cleaned. This would make it a 5 star facility with a real friendly and intimate face.

Don't be deceived by the austere entrance to this hotel, the inside is very nice with a traditional Persian feel to it! Staff here, especially Hami, is very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again!
