Avoid this hotel. They ignore your online reservation with excuses and try to book another hotel far away instead.

Very noisy rooms. The curtains were very thin, so the lights from the street lighten the room. We were hardly able to sleep. Also the toilet was broken and they said they couldn’t repair it until the day after. We decided to change hotel and then were asked about why we were changing hotel (in a very demanding way), with no friendly reaction when we gave our feedback (we had to give a full explanation before we could get the room key to take our luggage). Very rude and unfriendly.

The attitude of the reception is bad. I booked the hotel by email one month ago, but I was told that the hotel was full when I came here with luggage. Even there was not any suggestion and solution provided.
