  چون نصف روز گشتم . امکان ورود و دسترسی به داخل عمارت را نیافتم.آن مکان داخل وبین بافت های بیمارستان خانواده،کوی سازمانی وآموزشکده پرستاری محصور وازدسترس عموم خارج است.

  In Turkish regions of Iran people name garden house as 'Çardaq' and in some regions in West Azerbaijan they say 'Kola' to it.
  Kola means the house that is in the center of a garden. I think because of that the architecture of this bulding is similar to European houses it has been named 'Kola Farangi' (European/Western Kola/Garden house). It seems it has transformed to Farsi 'Kolah' over time.
  Unfortunately It is not treated well with this monument.
