Great facilities on offer. Staff friendly and helpful. The cafe needs an upgrade to more appertising food.

Great facility but the pools are often far too cold!

It's OK under developed and cool inside, a solarium would be good as the IOM is cold in the winter

Varied offer and excellent facilities. Swimming pools and squash area are excellent, the same applying to the sports hall and changing rooms. Excellent!

Has good facilities, but do not eat there. Food is rubbish and so are the drinks. They take a long time to prepare!

Good facilities however a nightmare to get consistent bookings for halls for things like indoor football have to phone every week and hope it's free which can be very annoying.

Lot of sport facilities: swimming pools, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, handball, basketball and volleyball indoor. Nice little deli.

Good swimming pool but could do with less of the pools being used for lessons during busy summer times.

Most staff are rude and arrogant body builders who will take any opportunity to kick you put with no proof just what they call and instinct

Sports facilities are great, but the café is badly run - long waiting times, few staff and uncleared tables. Drinks also have to be bought separately now.
