  Had a great Easter weekend stay, Rose and the team were very accommodating and flexible. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, with wide choice.
  Car parking is by token supplied by hotel.
  It's restricted to 2 hours in the day.
  Unlimited after 6.00pm.
  It can be used all over the island.

  Stayed in arrandale apartments which is linked to hotel, we came in September so out of season payed over £600fo a week. The apartment looked like a bedsit. No washer or dishwasher. No one came to clean or change towels. A night bag was left in hallway with clean towels in which I put in cupboard outside as kept tripping over it. We could hear absolutely everything from room upstairs. No sleep in for us all week.. Sorry Avoid like the plague!!! Feel totally ripped off

  Had a very nice stay . The hotel was clean and tidy staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was very nice and good variety of food.only down side was being on the top floor as a lot of stairs to go up and down

  Decent budget hotel. Well situated, friendly staff, clean, comfy beds, good breakfasts, good value. Don't expect contemporary design or shiatsu massage. Popular with bikers.

  The manager and all staff in the Arrandale house are really nice and very helpful but the accommodation is lacking. Beds are really bad and the shower temperature fluctuates from cold to scolding hot. Sorry but I'm disappointed.

  Great guest house. Convenient location for the beer festival.
  
  The owner, Rose, is very friendly.
  
  Several breakfast options including cereal, toast, full cooked or Manx kippers!
  
  The comfy rooms are cleaned and changes once a day, as long as you're not in there.
