Could not have asked for a better hotel. Staff were brilliant. Room was lovely. We still dream about the bed- it was that comfy. Lovely positioning in Douglas near great transport links. Will definitely be booking here again.

NOT VISITED YET BUT, JUST FOUND OUT THAT WE STAYING AT THIS PLACE WITH A PARTY ON THE WEEKEND OF FRI\SAT\SUN 13TH\14TH\15TH APRIL AS ITS MINE AND MY HUSBANDS FIRST TIME IN ISLE OF MAN AND NOW LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS WE CANT WAIT!! THANKS FOR ALL INFO AND SEE YOU SOON.

This sea front hotel goes out of its way to make you welcome. Our room was comfortable, but without a view. The shower room was a touch on the small side. Breakfast was good though more than we needed.

Ideally located, within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal.
Very friendly and committed staff,.
Full breakfast with many possibilities.
There is no elevator, but you can not expect that from a hotel in that price range. Pleasant bar with always some people present. We were there for four nights, each night the room was super clean and arranged, with a newsletter with tips for trips and restaurants. Absolutely recommended when visiting Douglas isle of Man !!!

For a cheap hotel, the staff clearly take customer service seriously. There's a concerted effort at every level to make your stay special. It's the wee touches.

Comfy beds, room was nice and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great views out to sea, well placed on the prom to explore Douglas. Near the main public transport links (bus all year, train and trams in summer). Well priced too!
