Cozy little waffle house.
Lots of different flavours and extra toppings to choose from.
Take note that you can order half and half waffle and share :)
Their butterscotch tastes similar to Latin dulce de leche/arequipe/manjar.
Their apple cider is delightful, sweet but not overwhelming.
If you leave your foreign change at the counter jar you will most likely get a hot chocolate shooter.
There are a few tables indoors, and a tented area outdoors.

This place used to house the legendary "Babet" waffles for years (before she moved to Tel-Aviv) and tries, cleverly, to build on the reputation to give more of the same. The place is tiny, and as before, on a cold Jerusalem night there is always a line here. The waffles are good, but the walnut cream, which is one of the landmarks of the place, was cold and made the whole waffle turn cold. which sucked :(

Love that place!!! And they're only in Jerusalem, so its really worth the drive from Herzliya to Jerusalem for their waffles!

The place is well known in Jerusalem for serving primarily Belgian Waffles, and it's quite extensive selections topping-wise.
The ladies at the counter are some grade-A-nice-people, and the chocolate milk they're recommending is indeed recommend. Try it.

Awesome waffle cafe! Delicious desert waffles ranging from fruity to chocolate to creamy and all are super delicious. Inside and outside seating. You can order two different creation on your set of waffles and they are easy to split. Very good and very reasonably priced. Definitely a place to eat after a meal.

Great waffles! 30nis each (but it is pretty big, we usually share it) and the adding extra toppings for additional not price. Cosy place. We didn't like the drink chocolate (we are used to Max Brenner) but we enjoyed the milk shake.

Waffles are amazing. You can choose 2 flavors for one waffle for 27 shekels. I took milk chocolate and maple syrup. The sauce are given in abundance. Good place for a nice dessert after dinner.
