St. George Church

  Already on his first steps in the Holy Land, Serbian St. Sava was bought in 1229 by the Genoese church of Saint George in Accra, capital of the then Palestinian pier. In this church the last time he prayed in the Holy Land, before last departure from it 1235.
  After 1235 church St.George got in a metochi of Great Lavra of St. Sabbas the Sanctified in the Judean desert.
