Hotel is very good. It is 5 min walk to the beach. Hotel management was very cooperative.
Negative side is
Swimming pool timing was not good for office goers.

Very small place. Massage was medium. Bath after massage had no hot water. Breakfast was nice, but you need to go out from the spa and cross the main road.

Good location especially for those who want to enjoy the beach, the room we got was okay, staff was helpfull, very nice breakfast (orange juice freshly squeezed by the machine, to your push botton).

Hotel location is good, just across the road from the beach. Rooms are OK, somewhat updated, but without the right final touches. My shower water went through a hole in the shower wall and flooded my bedroom. I could tell this wasn't the first time this had happened, as some of the faux wood flooring was warped from water damage. My colleague was locked out of his room for several hours due to a fault with his door lock (had to use a physical key to open it every time). These are the two main reasons for not being 4-stars.
Breakfast was fantastic, an absolutely delicious open buffet with many choices of European and Mediterranean foods.
The hotel has an arrangement with the gym next door to provide access for its guests. The gym is quite large, and has many choices, but it is also quite busy. Staff at reception were very nice, and allowed a very early morning check-in with no additional charge (I was on a corporate rate). I'd stay again.response / report this review -

Good service AWESOME VIEW nice beds everything I need only one down part but it's still pretty cool the swimming pool is salt water but I can take it!!!!

Crappiest services ever experienced.,staff are just plain rude. can you make poached eggs?,No.
TV stations working one day then 3 channels mot working the next day. can you fix it? "No" i asked again so maintenance came in and just deleted the channels that were there and said "that is all the channels you have. okay!"
i dunno if this is service in Israel, but there is mo willingness to,help on just the simple thing. No sorry at all, no

Helpful staff in reception but the hotel is a bit old. Good point is that you can use the gym next to the hotel completely free.
