Great service. We had a problem with an extra bed. During the dinner time everything was fixed. Really great experience. Great breakfast also, with great choice quality. I warmly recommend this hotel. Negative point is the airport that is close to the hotel, but flight stop by night .

I am a frequent customer. Excellent customer service, decent rooms, reasonable prices mid week and off season. Food good but dining room needs better organization. Addition of a non- kosher restaurant and local rather than Chinese toiletries would be welcome.

Pleasant hotel, heated pool, nice comfy rooms, mattress not in full harmony with my body but kids slept well. Abundant well assorted food but abit too exstatic or negligent on condiments. Gym is extra payment which is not nice. That's why 4 and not 5 stars.

I was here for four nights it’s a beautiful hotel delicious food and it’s in prime location near the beach and some attractions they have outstanding service better then anywhere I went I lost a bag there I called them a week later they found it and mailed it to me free of cost looking forward for my next stay with them !!!

Great hotel but if you are booking on an American website which bills per room not by person you might be in for a surprise. When you arrive at the hotel they will bill you additionally per person over 1

I think this hotel is average and I would not stay here again. It's a bit dated, cleaners would bang on our door quite early when we wanted to relax in the morning, very limited parking. Even just small gestures like replacing the complimentary water bottles did not occur. It's not a terrible hotel but I just don't think it's good value for money. However location is great and views from lagoon side rooms is nice.

A very nice hotel with great service and a huge buffet that covers everyone's taste. Also it has free minigolf and a nice swimming pool area. A bonus for us was the free upgrade to a suite for two people in our group. The suite was just amazing (with a jacuzzi)! What I didn't like so much, was the lobby and that there was no possibilities to eat outside. Central location as most of the hotels in Eilat.

Great place, looking nice and the service is super.
More tourist and less Israeli people.
The pool look small but its ok.. Room is very nice with great view and have twin bed the connected to be double bed..
The cost for staying isn't cheap, but worth the price..
I will come again.

My wife and I stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed. Nice hotel, cozy rooms and great food. There's only one pool and the hotel is not close to the beach (15 minutes walk). If you plan on getting there with a car the parking lot is outside the hotel and unpaved which makes it hard getting your luggage inside. Also, the hotel is right next to the airport (see map) and the take off/landing noise a real downside especially if you feel like sleeping in on your vacation.
