When I was at momos not too long ago I had what has to be the very worst night of my life. The rooms were dingy, the bathroom dirty but worst of all one Middle Ages guy was molesting people in their sleep, then touching himself in his most intimate area. I spoke to the guy at the front desk about this and he wasn't bothered at all. He simply said, tell him to stop. I was shocked at his lack of caring. I went back to my room and the molester was in his bed. I pretended to go to sleep and the guy quickly got back up and continued. This time I switched the light on while he was In The act and woke up the other guys to tell them what he was doing. I went back downstairs and spoke to the guy at the desk again and after convincing he agreed to go up and talk to him. When we got to the room he simply told him to stop what he was doing and go to bed. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT, he didn't even kick the guy out for sexually molesting the other guests. Thankfully the guy had realised that he couldn't continue his molesting spree and put his trousers back on and left. He didn't even have any bag or anything with him, just his motorbike helmet.

The next day I asked for a refund for the remaining nights that I had booked at the hostel and they refused. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do yourselves a favour and don't go to this hostel, unless you feel comfortable knowing that the management turns a blind eye to physical sexual molestation.

Dirty, run down and a bit grotty. Momos is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and plan to travel around a lot and meet new people.
You certainly get what you pay for. All that being said I have stayed her several times now and I will stay again next time in tlv

Staying at Momo's Hostel was a very pleasant experience. We booked a private room and it was nice and clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful and parking was included in the backyard. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the place :)

I just stayed there today and paid 89$ which is expensive for a hostel with private room with shared toilet and bathroom. The room was ok but the cabinets were dirty, tv was not working, you can hear the people who stays on the other room, toilet was dirty and food was lousy. We checked in there and the tv was not working so they transferred us to another room. We took out our things and went out to eat. When we came back somebody was in our room. The hotel staff took out our things from the room without our knowledge, they invaded our privacy!!! They did not respect us!!! It was embarrassing coz our personal belongings were all out. They should have called us so that we were able to come back and pack our personal belongings. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL!!!

Small OK for Students. No AC Ventilator for nothing 30 C midnight dyrty Bed blankets to small. Unclean Toilette to small for taller persons

Guests can't use the kithen. Only one room with A/C in the hostel. You need to pay 3shekels to get towel and 5shekels to let your bag in the luggage room

Easily the worst hostel in Tel Aviv. Staff are rude. They will be offended by even the most minor requests ("Hey, what's the wifi password?"). The place is absolutely filthy. The lockers are all damaged, only a few can be closed. Nowhere to store food or cook meals. Internet barely works, and only in the lounge. I got fleas from staying here, and they are a menace. Air conditioning doesn't work. So, you can't get online, it's hot and dirty, your possessions aren't protected. You would be better off staying on the street.
