Basic room and facilities No food available after 10pm in Hotel itsellf Ensure you have enough snacks and drinks for your stay Otherwise 8 minutes away by foot there's a supermarket and a few shops still open

For the price you pay you do expect a little bit more but for a couple of days still ideal

Staff and breakfast service 4 star service Attentive to assist and helpful

The worst hotel I've ever been to!
For 150$ per night you get a tiny dirty used-up room with cockroaches up to 2 cm in size.
Good location and friendly staff (a receptionist was very kind and helped to get rid of dead 2-cm cockroach in the shower) do not save the situation.
The picture is completed by the ongoing construction of two 30-floor towers in front of the hotel.
    Never will come back!

My friends are staying at them currently. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! The construction sites are across the street. Works start at 7 am. The window in the room has the night drapery only so during the day you don't have any privacy because the construction workers can see everything in your room. Everything, the building itself, the room, furniture are worn out. Doesn't look clean to me at all. If I could select a zero or minus star I would do it. Do not trust the pictures this hotel published on booking websites

Really good location five minutes from the beach and excellent breakfast buffet, plus free tea and coffee all day. The only minus is that the rooms seemed smaller than the impression given on the website.

    The nicest staff ever!

We had a problem with our reservation (though a specific website, not the hotels fault!), and when we arrived they did everything to figure out a decent place for is to stay for a good price, made calls for us and generally were the nicest, most helpful staff I met. I didn't go up to any of the rooms, but the lobby looked lovely, and the location is great, 5 minutes from the beach.

It is a horrible experience. NO WIFI WORKING, NO EARLY CHECK IN. Booked another room so they cant accommodate me in one room for the whole stay as I was traveling the whole night and they asked me to wait 2 hours to check into the other room. The building is old. The staff is rude. It is a horrible horrible experience.

Customer friendly hotel close to beach

Good location close to both beach and central streets. Very good breakfast. Tea and coffee are available free of charge close to lobby area. Hotel staff was really kind in informing in every detail on coming major public holiday Yom Kippur when the whole country practically closes down traffic, airports, shops, cafes, etc during approximately 24 hours, Late check out after Yom Kippur at 20.00 had been provided as well as light snacks when all the shops were closed.

Mickey at the front desk made me feel welcome and offered great recommendations on how to spend my day. Excellent service. Rooms clean. Construction across the street but since I arrived on Shabbat there was no one working. Excellent location. Would highly recommend it!
