Not the fanciest hotel, but it is a perfect match for families with pre-teen kids. There are constant activities, as well as water slides and a pool roughly 1.2 meters deep. The hotel serves 3 meals a day which are included in the price, as are alcohol and coffee throughout the day.
Service was very professional.

The stuff is really sweet and try hard. It is very good for kids. The kid club and stuff in it are very nice.
However, the hotel is not really clean,it is understaffed even though it is completely full (one person in the coffee bar, one in the pizza bar, some of the bars around the pool are closed and also dirty). Everything is included but that doesn't mean there is food around the clock An understaffed pizza bar 3 days a week, and a limited varaiety of cakes at 16. Otherwise just the 3 meals.
If you take all that into account, and come in low season when the prices are relatively low and bring a lot of patience, it is nice

Nice hotel, no complaints. Good for kids with plenty of activities for kids. But if your looking for a romantic and quite place - keep looking

Sorry, but this time I have negative feedback.
The price is high in comparison to the value you receive. The hotel is nice, the food good and there are plenty of options.

We ordered the "all included" package, from Thursday to Saturday, but when we arrived at the hotel we saw that the Pizza Bar is closed on Thursday and Saturday and open for only a few hours on Friday.

On Friday we waited for Pizza (15 mins) and realized that it is far from the photo that was posted. We were disappointed, 2 slices were finished in 2 seconds and then you have to wait to get another slice during one of the next rounds.

The ice-cream bar is open 12:00-17:00 but not on Thursday or Sunday. This means that half the services are not open, and when open, for a limited time only

Cleanliness level is extremely low, the floor is sticky and there is junk on the tables from the day before.

The reception staff are most unfriendly.

Fantastic Hotel with serious fun for the kids. Food was good, entertainment was great, and the slides/pool were fantastic. Get to the Pizza Bar early and be sure that you bring your Towel Cards with you to the pool. Have a great time!
