Good food, stunning marina view.
We are disgusted with your so called guarantees of service..there isn't any.
Management is non existent in any part of this hotel.including pool area/sunbathing area where it is filthy dirty with flits everywhere as the bins and waste boxes are left full for days.
The cooked food in the dining room is always luke warm or cold..despite complaining twice during two weeks there .
The entertainment in evenings was ok except for the amateurish Tanzanian circus acrobats and bingo was a joke..called all in hebrew .
Two days ago a party of mentally disabled people arrived at the hotel and created havoc in the pool area by the tables and chairs coughing and spitting and nose blowing straight onto the tables and floor to the detriment and astonishment of other guests.
This was not what we expected of an Isrotel Hotel after paying over £2000 as a package via Monarch holidays.
On the first few days we told reception our fridge was hardly working as was the non existent air conditioning..nothing was done about it,we were told as it's winter air conditioning off. .only air blowing. !
To sum up we don't expect to stay in a hotel where mental health patients looking like rough sleepers are staying..and management seems to be non existent..with a lack lustre dining room service..on many days we had to call a waitress to lay our table or do it ourselves..
Our room was the only good aspect of our holiday with it kept clean and bathroom up to standard with clean towels etc..
The hotel rooms require some renew including linens. The food was OK. Some rooms have good view from balcony.
Good functional hotel. Not very fancy but has everything one needs for a good vacation.
The hotel staff is very nice. The food is great especially for kids where do don't need to worry for them being hungry. The are ice creams outside at the pool. The rooms are big but the bed was not comfortable at all, I woke up with back pain. Overall it's a great hotels to visit with kids.
