Wonderful 4 star hotel that exceeded my expectations. Big and very clean rooms. Nice atmosphere. Great service and awesome breakfast. Was there only for one night for business and strongly recommend.

I changed my mind I took away a star cause I just realized that it says no smoking and almost everyone was smoking if so I might as well go to cerynobal and smell the air

The management is woeful the receptionists have no respect for the clients , if I could I would give this hotel no stars at all . The management organized events at the hotel without informing the clients that are staying there. We've paid extra to suffer more, the garden room we've paid for was next to the employee room and they wore screaming and making noise since 6:30 AM waking us up every day . The other group that was at the hotel felt free to walk in to our garden area . After complaining to the hotel management we wore promised by the hotel manager a refund for the extra we've paid for the garden room ,and when we checked out he wasn't there and the reception manager waved us off saying we do not deserve any refund and if we wore told defiantly we can fill a complain.

At around 11pm I did a checkin and got a key to my room. So where would I even start? there were dirty clothing someone left behind, there are holes in the wall, hair on the bed and pillows, bed bugs and some kind of chemical compound on the curtains and rug.
The room was extremely small, smelled horrible and looked even worst. Seriously, I would have preferred to sleep at a bus station instead.
When going to the Lobby to get an alternative room they rejected me very rudely. After a lot of delay (from 11pm to 12pm), I got an alternative room. It was better but still very bed for the price I paid. There was still hair on one of the towels and little dead bug on the ceiling.
Waking up the next morning, there was a very rude lady which told me I should get back to the original room. I demanded to speak to a manager, she lied and told me he is not there currently (although he was). After wasting 1 hour before breakfast, they promised me to change my room to another one, and 5 hours later they told me that the offer is canceled because of technical problem.
I spent a whole lot of money on this place (around 700₪ a night!), and this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever seen. Beyond imagination.
I will definitely take some time to report about this to the Ministry of Health.response / report this review -

Nice place, great location. Friendly staff. Large selection of food for breakfast & dinner. Cold pool. Dated furnishing in Rooms. Comfortable Beding.

Good hospitality, the service and food were also quite good.
It is a really good hotel for families and also offers a reasonable price for the hospitality.
