A hotel with beautiful suites, an excellent spa, excellent food and the best service you will meet. It is highly recommended to have a romantic vacation or simply to rest and feel good. And be sure they will do everything you feel good.

We were staying at the Vitalis for our minimoon.

The staff is friendly and professional, the food was good (but the service at both restaurants was very very slow).

The huge advantage in this hotel is the "above 18yo" policy.
We are still enjoying the hotel and the facilities :-)

We stay for two nights at shavohot holiday
It's a hotel that feet for couples that want quite and relax
It's forbidden to come with children

Room: big and we'll designed with coffee machine, very big and comfortable bed, we'll clean and care, when you are looking deeper you can see it old.

Spa: big with indoor and outdoor hot jet bath, amazing water falling pool
We order 70 minutes massage, was amazing, price was 300 shekels for each treatment
The Spa team are A perception of high service, especially the man who arranges and provides service within the spa

Food: half board, breakfast from 07:00 to 12:00
Dinner you can choose 3 restaurants type, In beetwin The "traklin" operating from 12:00 to 18:00 served all kind of light dishes. All day great food.

For summarise: Large rooms are clean and equipped with excellent service and spa, on the other hand the facilities of the hotel are a bit old

For couples that want quite and relax at Eilat vacation the hotel is a great choice

The Vitalis Hotel section is excellent for relaxation, adult only hotel section, with a very good SPA and separate facilities, expensive but Relaxing

Food at dinner (Lawrence restaurant) was horrible. Frozen meat and chicken that was warmed up. Disgusting. Service was pretty bad too, but not the waiters fault. Besides the food hotel is ok, but to be honest way too much price and medicore return. Go to other hotels.

Incredible! Not to be missed: The Lawrence restaurant in this hotel. Shanit and Tomar are delightful and professional. The service is impeccable and the food is absolutely magnificent.
