Stayed one night. Got in late. Front desk extremely helpful. Next morning, beautiful view to ocean. Breakfast fantastic. Great place. Bring a book and leave a book. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Will stay again if coming to Israel

We stayed one there, nice hotel with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was nice too. Notice that the hotel is in the center of a commercial neighborhood with an open market just around the corner (like a farmer market with variety of product). Not everyone likes that kind of atmosphere, also at night there are not a lot of people, not like Tel Aviv if you want to compare. There is free parking, and the space is narrow. We liked our stay, our view faced Mount Carmel and the sunrise was beautiful.

Its an alright place for a few nights the food is often lacking but sufficient , nothing hot to drink during dinner, rooms are quite alright , shower head was faulty in my room , aside for that everything else is mighty fine considering its a 3 star hotel

Not bad at the heart of hadar with a good view to the city and fairly close to the city centre about 7-8 mins with bus

In my opinion, is not the best place to stay, but is enough to spend the night and sleep, its clean but in the rooms you can hear everything from the outside, including noise from the next rooms including others kind of Interesting experience from the guests

Stayed a night in Febuary. Wonderful service, the people in the hote were very hopeful. However, the rooms are marginally good, the only good thing at breakfast are the coffe and the cereal, the beds are not comfotable, the bathroms are not very nice, and overall the hotel has a 'cheap feeling'. It's an accaptable hotel if you want a nice view, and a place for one night. I won't stay for more.

Hello, I must say that some of the hotels in the internet does not really showing the real pictures, but this time the hotel taking the picture from faraway from the reality.
The hotel is located in the worst Hadar neighborhood and the worst street in Haifa in all respects !!! I was sure when I arrived it is a mistake but NOT the hotel was renovated in 2014 supposedly looks like a slum in India. And I was in India. It can be said about the rooms apart from bath rat smell and I could not figure out how The Hotel / place calls itself a hotel with some kind of star. When dinner arrived it was peak beyond that food was served cold, the food Quality so low that I and my family, we had to go out and eat at a restaurant. Cleanliness level was very low. In short I DO NOT recommend to arrive !!!
