The worst hotel experience I've ever had. They were incredibly expensive, and had about 4 seats in the "lobby". They were ignorant of food allergies and preferences, and extremely rude and condescending. Bed was uncomfortable for the insane price. Not wheelchair accessible. Would never recommend to anyone. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Very pleasant boutique hotel. View is great. Terrace is nice to sit on. Breakfast was ok. Room was nice and large. Bathroom is a bit small. Overall a nice stay. Stay was for business. Location definitely needs a car.

I would like to invite other guests, if they visiting or reason why busines by this area. Rooms are okay. Every day changing towels, and of course clean up the room. Kitchen is also tasty and varied.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Only complaint is that you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to reception and then additional stairs to get to room. They did provide help with baggage.

Great view of the sea. Well furnished although some of the things in the room could use small repairs. Jacuzy was a tad small but still sufficient. Great breakfast and nice staff.

The rooms are clean and decently sized and decorated. There is a large breakfast buffet and the dining room and terrace have a breathtaking view all the way to the sea. It has two pools and the price is ok for Israeli standards. It's definitely the best choice in Zichron Yaakov.

I can't quite put my finger on why it doesn't feel right to give it five stars.

Very boutique, out of the way place with a beautiful view. Ideally located and quiet.
Only drawback was the slightly business like desk staff, but that could just be the one guy
