Nice rooms. Very nice food. Unfortunately the spa closes at 630pm, which seems way to early. Would be nice to enjoy the spa in the evening. I think other hotels have the spa open late.
We loved this place. This hotel is mainly used by Jewish people, has a very good location, right in front of the beach (no road between!). All rooms have sea view and there is a free parking. Our room on the 1st floor was lovely, clean and had a bigger balcony the the levels above.
Breakfast is really, really great, with a huge buffet offering everything you can imagine. We did not try dinner at the hotel.
The beach is reached over a wood path, you can go into the water without shoes as the salt is soft at this place!
There is an indoor Spa with salty hot water and a huge outside pool with sweet water, which is great. Unfortunately the indoor pool closes at 18:30 already. And the outside pool closes at 17:00 in winter, although there were 25°C outside during the night.
The best hotel I have ever pass my holiday. Testy food, helpful personal, well equipped room. SPA is really good. I'm really enjoy to stay here. Today is my last day and I hope to come back again. ButI asked right now for cofe machine into my room and my request was refused. This is 5 star hotel in the top category and w/o coffee machine ? I was disappointed
Amazing experience! Everything there was perfect. Our room had a balcony and a wonderful view. The bed was large and very comfortable. The food there is great, fresh, well cooked and a lot of choice.
There is 2 swimming pool (indoor salty pool and outdoor regular pool) a private beach with seating, an indoor jacuzzi & hammam and a spa.
Rush there for a luxurious and peaceful spa retreat
Well. I'm not sure where to begin. First I need to say that the low level hotel staff is absolutely amazing. They were helpful, attentive a s tried to do their absolute hardest to resolve the situation wherever possible. The management however is a different story. And even though I don't speak Hebrew it was obvious the low level staff was trying to fight my case. So let's start with the basics. This hotel is not a 5+ star hotel like they claim. They are a 3, with a stretch. The cost absolutely does not satisfy the quality of the rooms, environment, facility, and of course the food.
The food here is absolutely horrific. Don't get me wrong. There is a lot of food. But it all is basically tasteless. And you are just eating because you are starving. It's basically feed.
The hotel itself seems like at one point it was absolutely magnificent. The place must have been amazing. 10-15 years ago. However you can tell it is horrible maintained. And shows extreme signs of wear. And simple things. Like water proofing the seals around the doors on the first floor. Which will ultimately lead to flooding your whole room in case of rain.
The spa and the staff are great. However the pool area inside is more reminiscent of seals at the beach where you are fighting for your inch of space to throw your towel.
The hotel is mostly filled with guests in their late 50's and mid 60's. There is no other activities on site. No other choice of restaurant other than the ridiculous expensive and tasteless buffet. The hotel as a whole was a giant disappointment. And we were left severely upset with the whole environment. Not worth the price tag. Like at all. Buyer beware.
If you're lucky to find a parking spot, do not be scared from the noises that the elevator makes. There are no baths, but they do give bath salts which is nice from them, but really do not stay too much in the room as there is a great beach near by which worth staying late in and try to miss dinner where the succeed to ruin every dish except the ice cream.
Excellent location on the beach. Great food bufet. All rooms have sea view. Quiet
Rooms and dining are excellent.
Great outside pool. Relaxing inside saltwater pool. Access to the sea is very comfortable.
Looks a bit run down from the front, but feels high end all in all.
Nice quiet rooms with views of the Dead Sea for all. Very busy with families but can be escaped from easy enough.
Breakfasts and dining time was very busy (typical all inclusive) to the point I didn't bother and walked a couple of miles to the main resort area for something to eat. Taxi back was 25NIS but stops at 11pm.
Amazing hotel, the rooms were beautiful, the view was amazing, it's right on the dead sea, the pool is large and comfortable. Places to sit and relax and all sorts of accommodations. Great hotel!
Great saltwater pools and clean pleasant rooms. Private convenient access to the Dead sea beach.
The hotel is ugly from the outside, pretty nice from the inside. Beach is great, spa is meh. Food buffet is fantastic. I recommend it on weekdays when the price is wayyyy down
A beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, service is amazing - everybody smile and all very polite. Food is the best we ate in a hotel ever and the spa is just the best. We were staying for 3 nights my wife my infant daughter and me. I have to say that for kids I have seen better. This is a couples hotels for quite relaxed and spa oriented stay.
As hotels go in the dead Sea, this is one of the best even though there are many areas of improvement. Don't expect international levels of service and infrastructure and you'll be fine here.
Beautiful hotel great service tons of attractions
we were in the junior suite and had a amazing time
Beautiful hotel, great service, kosher food. Lots of room at the swimming pools and beach for our family of 4. There isn't much entertainment in the hotel but it was perfect for the relaxing night we wanted.
. they call themselves 5 stars. service is good .excellent food .spa is quiet but small . too expensive I payed 2 nights weekend 2400 shekel . about 600 us dollars half board
I'm here now for 2 days. The service I got here is phenomenal. From the beginning when I didn't have my room yet they offered me to keep the luggage and gave me towels for the pool.
The hotel is so well kept and taken care of, cleaning and keeping it clean always. Very good. I needed more towels and Robert and got it delivered to the room immediately.
The spa staff was really nice in helping us booking our appointments. The massage and pedicure was also very good, they did an amazing job.
The food is so delicious and they give you SO MUCH! I'm really impressed.
The only thing that ticks me off (therefore not deserving a 5 star) is that the drinks (not only alcoholic) is not included anywhere. I would assume after such an amazing dinner they would also offer drinks. Now they did bring us tap water in a pitcher, but after such a meal one would want soda or juice. We'll try offer it but for a very hefty price. They also offer wine, beer and cocktails.
Anyways I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice n classy vacation.
