Old dirty run down hotel. I stayed here as part of a Taglit group so no choice in the matter and we were here for our first two nights. They put 3 of us in a room so we had 2 very uncomfortable, pokey mattresses and one sleeper sofa/cot. It was like literally sleeping on springs. The floor was very sandy since the beach is nearby and guests track it in on their feet. The bathroom was very small and with the three of us we ran out of hot water about halfway through so the last person to shower (me) had to do it in cold water. The shelf around the tub was very ample and spacious but the floor of the tub was incredibly slick and I did fall.

The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean but the floor and guard rail was absolutely dirty and gross and next door the view was marred by run down buildings. We took the stairs for shabbat and it was dirty with some trash and dead bugs.

The food that they prepared for us was tasteless and inadequate. All of the bread was completely stale and they did not give us enough hot food so that the people who were served last got the smallest portion because there was absolutely nothing left. In addition, what bothered me most, was that the staff was apparently uncomfortable speaking Hebrew and preferred Russian, because once one of them figured out that I was a Russian speaker, he decided to have me direct the entire group on what we should do with our plates and how to clean up after ourselves. ME, an American participant, rather than one of the native Israeli madrichim who were clearly in charge of the group.

I really don't recommend staying here if you have the option to go anywhere else. I have honestly stayed in nicer next-to-the-road American motels.

From the outside this place looks very nice. Location is also incredible, basically right next to the beach. Unfortunately though, the rooms have very few outlets and the bathtub was clogged and would not drain. Aside from this, the shower itself was simply an awful experience. Very finniky and cheap. Would not stay here again

A DIVE. For locals only. Old building, bad food, old rooms, run down facilities.
STILL A DIVE, but cheap enough for the locals to afford so it keeps them coming. The owners are waiting for a building permit to come through so they can knock down the building and build a luxury hotel and apartment building on the sight.

Walked into the room and it smelled of mold with paint over it. Shower was broken. Either get a place at the Hilton where you'll be down at the beach or just stay in Tel Aviv and have a much better time.

Avoid this hotel if at all possible. It is dirty all around, inside and outside. It is constantly overrun with young adults on Birthright, making it impossible to use the elevator in a timely manner, as well as making it impossible to escape the noise. The rooms are not clean, the views are not great, and the entire hotel just seems very unclean and unwelcoming. The neighbouring hotels in the area probably have more to offer.

The views were the only great thing about this place. Food was bad. Rooms were basic.
