Great place for kids (and parents) interested in sicense and how things work.

Awesome place. Lots of activities for kids. In some holidays they do workshops related to the holiday. There is a little store inside for food and drinks but not for like a full lunch. Plan for a 2 - 2 and a half hours stay. Kids under 5 enter for free. They offer student discount.

A great museum for kids and immature adults. they have dozens of hands on exhibits that covered all facets of the topics. they had an exceptional hall electricity that covered the topic fantastically well. they did energy well too. The highlight of the displays was the hall of perception. it was the best coverage of the topic I have ever seen.
all displays were in Hebrew, Arabic, and English. The English was of a high standard.response / report this review -

We love this museum. It is interesting and fun. When we went it was almost deserted. We had the place to ourselves.

Interactive hands on learning experience for the whole family! Changing exhibits and themes. Easy to get to by public transport. Great guides and tours available in many languages too.

We know the place by heart by now, but never tire of it.
It could be a bit cleaner and even more baby-proof; it could use a better canteen. But yif you bring your own lunch and snacks you can spend the whole day there easily and not see everything.response / report this review -

Great place for the kids (and the parents too). Interesting, educating and fun. Lots of activities to do. We spent there almost 3 hours.

The museum of science has very good educational activities. It's best for children between 6-14. The staff is helpful. A bit pricey for a single visit. The yearly ticket is a good deal.

Terrific small science museum! Really enjoyed the bicycle exhibit. Some areas in disrepair, such as the ball-rolling machine here, on which several metal tracks were misaligned so the balls didn't do what they were supposed to do (we're used to the one at the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto, where the rails are out of kids' reach so they can't get bent - kids can only reach to put in or take out the balls at the end of the tracks) and there was a big art installation in the middle that made us scratch our heads and say, "Nope. I don't get it." The kids loved making their own spinners! Lots of great interactive exhibits, overall good time had by all!

I needed an air conditioned place to go with my 11 year old. This seemed like the best option since the aquarium still hasn't opened. We have been here before and it has many things to interest this age. Unfortunately, some exhibits were still under construction and many of the established activities need to be fixed. Overall, we had a nice time, I was just disappointed over the various exhibits that were in disrepair. It might be nice to have more audio explanations along with the written descriptions. Sometimes no one has patience to read.

Great place to be with the kids, needs more scientific explanations for every exhibit and not make life easy for them. Clean facilities. Expensive cafe inside.

We visited the museum during a summer vacation. It was pretty busy but the staff were terrific. They brought water to us while we were waiting to enter. Once inside, our kids loved the exhibits. Kids can interact with exhibits and learn a lot in the process. We had a lot of fun.

Great for kids, but don't expect to learn much as an adult. Also, it gets repetitive fast. It's still four stars because my kids really do enjoy the visits.

Great museum, but not nearly as good as Karaso in Beer Sheva. If you have 3 hours to spare with the kids - definitely worth a visit!
