  The other star is for the guy who wraps the prints - professional and pleasant and unfortunately the only one.
  I had a very unpleasant experience from there. After waiting for them to take care of me for 15 minutes I patiently sent them a printable email with over 300 pages.
  I was not asked trivial questions before they started printing like a report, a slide number per page. Needless to say, the woman who printed it learned at that moment how to do it.
  I asked her to reprint with 2 slides on the page (in addition to stating that I would pay for what had already been printed). I encountered complete opacity, unwillingness to help and reactions like - we do not make such edits with us (what edits are we talking about?!?! When the store manager arrived, he told me he could do it but I would have to wait longer because more customers came. Why should I wait in addition to the time I have already waited ??
  I told him he would make me an account, thank you and hello. Just insolence. Of course I will not go back there.

  If someone is already wrong and misleading it is you - "We did not respond to your request to enter the company computer and make corrections in your files" No corrections were required no need to lie I just offered to show you, a place that deals with prints, how to print 2 slides on a page. You do not need to be a big connoisseur to know that in order to print 2 slides on a page, exactly 3 clicks are required in setting up the printer, so there is no question of editing as you mentioned. If you are indeed a place whose specialty prints as you mentioned - this is A and B.
  Indeed at first the manager offered refreshments and was nice to me because I waited a long time but it does not give legitimacy to behave the way you behaved later.
  In addition, "even though it interfered with the day-to-day operations" - you showed me where to deploy to arrange the prints, so suddenly it interfered? Good to know that after I print I have to uncomfortably arrange the prints, maybe on the floor ???
