  I ordered sofas to clean - really not successful and not as clean as I expected, not satisfied at all

  Do not order !!!
  Two and a half hours late, the cleaning under all criticism, stains and odors remained on the chairs and sofas, did not bring an invoice and did not answer the phone.
  In two words a waste of money!

  We booked the representative service which was supposed to arrive half an hour late because the Wise had misled him and my brother claimed he was actually living
  Near then .. already the first signal, the machine with which it arrived was
  Outdated and the suction hose was connected with cellophane tape, no matter - maybe it really gives output, it turns out not - the sofa and armchair were left with stains, the service I ordered and for which I paid was not fully provided, happens .., when I called the service for further cleaning because The sofas were full of stains and took 3 days to get them as opposed to the service order which took half an hour to grab them (interesting), when they got back to me the rep spoke in a way that left me speechless, with a rudeness I had never encountered before! I was in the middle of a work day and after 3 days of trying to get them they came back at a good time, so I spoke in a slightly higher tone and it was important for me to explain what the problem was
  The representative did not let me say a word, shouted, interrupted me every second, and finally finished with Do you want service? speak nicely !
  I paid for a cleaning I did not receive, the representative was half an hour late, it took 3 days to get them, and he tells me he wants a nice service ..I paid and did not receive the consideration, no service, no reference, and not only did I get a brutal, rude, and terrible response You paid as big and did not get the consideration you deserve for the payment!
  Shame and disgrace and a sub-level of service in Israel.

  I ordered a carpet cleaning service. The man arrived at the time we scheduled to perform the operation. The result was horrible, full of brown stains on the carpet, probably as a result of using a dirty machine, in some parts where it was dirty they burned my carpet, in short the carpet before would have looked better. Their response, they shouted at me on the phone, did not come back to me as promised, and then the peak of impudence 'transfer your account details and we will return your money' and what about the carpet for 2000 shekels that you destroyed ?? I'm still waiting for an answer from them.
