Came to us on Saturday at noon - not understood at all!
At first he first tried to answer the phone and maybe save us the visit and when we learned that the problem was more serious he came to us with a short notice of less than half an hour.
Arrived with all the tools and with a smile. Yashar went to work and within 5 minutes the problem was solved, for the rest of the time he made sure that the rest of the system in the house was working well and we did not expect any other faults.
Instructed us how to make sure the fault did not happen again and left after 20 minutes of arrival.
He left the area clean and gave a one-year warranty with a neat invoice.
A true professional, I have no doubt that any other glitch that will be is the first one we turn to.
