This is THE place to visit if you're intetested in photography.

The place is run by people who have a deep understanding in photography related equipment and will answer all of your questions with patience, as well as try to help you in your purchasing decisions, based on your requirements.

Erlich also supplies, for a fee, caretaking services, such as cleaning your camera's sensors.

The prices are are fair and somewhat competitive, compared to other places, but don't expect the place to be cheap.

I recently bought a Canon 1300D (Rebel T6) and saved more than a 100 NIS, compared to one of the largest computer sellers here in Israel.

Elrich also holds, once in a few months, a second-hand bazaar, which gives you the opportunity to buy equipment at a more competitive price. You can also sell your own equipment during the year, if it's up to their standards.

In addition, there are meetups, held once in a while, where experts in photography will talk about their own experiences in honing their craft and offer guidance in different types of photography. These meetings can be free, or require a certain fee, depending on what's offered.

While my experience was mostly positive, I did have one gripe: waiting.
I waited for almost 20 minutes till my turn came up and was about to leave and buy the camera somewhere else, even if I'd have to pay more. There were employees there that could've handled the amount of people waiting in line, but, for some reason, nobody was handling more than two cashiers.

In short, the place is VERY recommended, but don't make other plans.

Very impressed. I bought an expensive camera from them, with their own one year warranty. There was a problem and without argument they replaced it with a new one on the spot. I also see that they deal with customers thoroughly and patiently, and are very informative. And for me, with bad Hebrew, they did all this in English.

They have lots of equipment and the prices can sometimes be very competitive. I once bought a lens for even cheaper than they were selling it in the states. Took off a star since the salespeople are not always fully attentive.

The place for photographers, professionals, semi and amateurs. The variety of products is huge. They are patient and have a solution for any question or issue you will challenge them.
They are organizing lectures with top professionals. Sime of then are free of charge. They also organize workshops on different topics.
Only week point is their web site, which, is not always up to date whether specific items are available at the store. It is better to call them before coming.
