When checking my mom's laptop screen, instead of opening up the computer the right way he was lazy and just forced the plastic covering open and he broke the little plastic clips that keep the covering closed. It took him 2 and a half days just to check the computer and he quoted a price around 200 shekels more than what we ended up paying at another place. He also charged just to look at the computer.
We ended up taking the computer to another store. The checked it on the spot. Opened up the whole computer, showed us how the guy from monitor forced it open and broke it. He replaced the screen for less, on the spot and cleaned the dusted from computer and fixed the hinges just as a bonus as he was going.
