Half of the inputs do not work and every metal part in the computer is simply electrified. Better than Key SP. Every day I snatch streams from the shit they built that they call Alek Computer and also their prices in the sky

Very low level of service experience. I left a computer in their lab, sent it to another lab in general. The next day one of the partners (can't remember his name - feels like they are about 10 partners ..) mentioned that I have a problem that the cost to fix it is over NIS 700. I did not approve of the repair, after a week of trying to take the computer unsuccessfully, I came to pick up the computer that turns out to be repaired at all - the other partner claims this was a small glitch so we fixed it "on the road", the repair cost only 350 and not 700 as the other noted I bought a new computer after their evaluation). In short, I'm not the person who usually slanders and values good service. But an unpleasant experience for me.

I went through three technicians (including a service from the company I bought the computer from) and only Ofer managed to take care of the computer. Did a quick job. Excellent service. Just going back to him

מעבדה מקצועית ביותר, רצינית והגונה. מומלץ מאוד. עופר ודורון השקיעו מאמצים רבים כדי לעזור בזמן קצר ולחוץ, היו זמינים עבורי ועשו מאמצים למצוא פתרונות יעילים וסבירים במחיר.

קניתי מדפסת חדשה, התקשרתי לחן טל ענה לי עופר, תוך מספר דקות בלבד הוא התחבר למחשב שלי מרחוק, ביצע התקנה מרחוק.
החבר'ה בחן טל נותנים שירות מעולה ואדיבה.

נתקע לי המחשב התקשרתי ב10 בבוקר לשרות הלקוחות ענה לי עופר ולאחר שהבין את הבעיה העביר אותי לדורון ממחלקת תמיכה הוא יתחבר אלי און ליין על המקום ותוך חצי שעה החזיר לי את המחשב לעבודה כמו חדש תודה רבה לעופר ודורון על השרות המהיר והמחיר ההגון כ 214 שח כולל אני ממליצה בחום אתם 10
