  Terrific little bike store with everything I needed in the way of parts and closing to do a bike trip in Israel. Owner speaks English well. Prices are good. Owner very friendly and not pushy.

  Probably the best customer service you will find in Jerusalem. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. A previous review said they are overpriced, this is absolutely not true. They have quality products at great prices. Bilu Bikes has low end to high end bicycles so anyone can afford to ride. The owner Aviram is a great fellow that knows how to treat clients. He will never sell you something you do not need. Nadav, an employee at Bilu Bikes, also provides great service and won't let you leave the place without a full explanation of how to keep your ride in good condition! I always leave the place happy and with a few pointers on how to keep my bicycle in good condition, how to fix simple problems on the road by myself and safety tips.
