  Been told my order will be ready in 4 working days (100 buisness cards). Ordered on monday, came in on Thursday and its wasnt ready. Staff told me that they hope it will be ready by friday. On friday evening i came in 8 minutes before closing and it was closed allready. Whats the point have closing time if shop closes early??? When I rang on Saturday morning its wasnt ready. I had to leave work ready to pop in the shop, and guess what? My order wasnt ready and guy in the shop didnt know much, looks like he was worrying about his burito more, which was getting cold. When I asked for my money back, he couldnt give me refund without a manager and asked me to come monday. When I came monday I still had to wait for 15 minutes to get my money back. I didnt got my order in time which put me in very bad situation with my buisness coz I needed before specific date for the reason. Im giving 2 starts only for effort of printing sample of my order in first 3 hours and letting me know that it was to dark, so I supplyed with new file in next hour. I guess they do the job according reviews, but definitely cant work with deadlines. Buritos and fijishing early is more important for them..
  
  Next day I ordered with other Galway printing company, they matched the price and delivered to me in 3 working days.
