  Hard to find someone on the floor to help you. I was in the garden center and after 15 mins trying to find someone to advise me on plants had to go to counter and they had no interest

  Handy for the minor diy stuff, but car park has very tight spaces, vehicles marked all the time, and security very unhelpful saying the cameras all over the park didnt pick up anything.

  Very pleased. Staff member was very helpful and pleasant. Had everything I wanted under one roof couldn't find fault. Will visit again.

  One star for convenience, So So expensive not just in some items but everything, e.g. Pipe joiner connection is 75cent in TandA €8.95 in woodies also metal drill bit is €4.99 in aldi for full set of 8 bits but is &12.00 for just one bit in woodies complete ripoff

  Good selection, wide range of products while still a good brand selection in different price ranges. Mostly clean store. Staff seemed a bit slow and not customer focused enough. Customer service can be delayed if staff members feel chatting amongst each other.

  My husband and I are pensioners ! We have alway found the staff here soo helpful & mannerly they go way above the call of duty !from little things to bigger items we have got the same service ! On one or two occasions we had to return a faulty item we were given a refund an never made to feel a nuisance as in some other stores where s big fuss mite b made ! We could not recommend woodies here in p bpool enough their staff are a credit always polite helpful & friendly ! We hope to continue to support woodies for as long as we can 👍
