  Lovely shop with a vast range of electrical goods. They also have a beautiful new cafe on site. Staff very helpful though not plentiful.

  Worst shop ever! I ordered an extractor fan with a carbon filter, and the carbon filter took more than a month to arrive. I asked the electrician (they recommended) to install the extractor fan, and the electrician broke my old cooking hob when he tried to install the extractor fan. The electrician ordered the new hob for me, now it has been two weeks and still has not arrived. Ring the shop almost everyday, they said the electrician is not their responsibility. I asked when the hob will be in --- they said they don't know!!!. Ask for the more delivery information, they said they don't know, they don't know where the hob is from and where is it now and when it is going to be there. I have no place to make compliant. Our family cannot cook for two weeks (we have a little baby), They don't care!!! Never ever seen the shop like this, irresponsible, keeping lying, I just want to say this is not the way to do business!!!!!!! Such a big shop and with such an irresponsible service. I will guarantee everyone, if you order something in the shop, it will definitely take a long time to receive and also you will get a lot of lies if you ask any questions.

  Good selection and wide range of products: cafe, gardening appliances, work clothes, tools and of course anything electrical.
  However quite a few members of staff need more training in customer care and relations.

  I like this store. Great range of appliances but an even greater range of electrical supplies. You can pick stuff up and decide what you need rather than having to ask for things like a lot of stores. Great for DIYers.
