When our recent delivery went missing due to a courier error Elaine from WineOnline responded without hesitation and replaced our delivery immediately. We had a replacement within 2 days.

Thanks to Will and Elaine and all the team at Winesoline for getting this gift to my parents ahead of there Golden wedding anniversary. Its wasn't a easy task as they live on a island in one of the most isolated parts of Ireland. Amazingly they got it there next day and my folks sent on this picture. Amazing service thanks guys.

Great website with the good selection of premium alcohol (so much needed for a special occasions!). Fantastic customer care! The bottles arrived with the courier on time. The parcel and bottles were wrapped properly and with care. I am definitely recommending this shop and will be shopping here again.

Dreadful. Ripoff Republic yet again. Got six pairs of bottles in the case and ALL of them were bland to say the least. Most of them were from Di Camillo so almost no variety. NO WAY I will be buying more when I can get great wine in any of the supermarkets for the same or less (discounted price).
Be careful.
