Quite disappointed, I ordered two personalised mugs with names on the front and date on the back. In the preview of design it showed that the date would be on two separate lines which is fine but the last letter in one of the names was also on a different line. In the notes I specifically asked for that to be all the one. I got no contact saying it wouldn’t be possible because if I did I would have cancelled the order and just asked for my money back. One thing I have to give them credit for is delivery time, got here in 2 days.

Extremely disappointing. I ordered a balloon to be delivered on the 13th of April next and clearly stated this on my order and is clearly visible that it was stated on my invoice which your company emailed to me however the item was still sent to my boyfriend straight away and he received same today the 9th of April, which was meant to be a surprise for him on the day before his birthday. I wasn’t aware that this company doesn’t bother reading the customers “order comments”. Just a heads up to future customers, adding additional comments to your order i.e if you want to organise a specific date for your order to be delivered to surprise someone, there is sadly no point. Really disappointed especially as it is a balloon and will most likely be deflated by the time it is his birthday. Very disappointing!
