In August 2016 I asked them to provide a radio code for a Micra my father-in-law bought from them. I'm still waiting despite emailing them reminders and photos. If they can't sort out a simple problem like this I wouldn't trust them with anything serious. I have given them 1 star only because 0 is not allowed. Try somewhere else.
