Gorgeous Georgian B&B at a great price - because it's in Birr, not Dublin. Beautiful building, easy parking, delicious breakfast. Good sized room - my mum & I had a twin - and a free standing bath (with lots of hot water). Quiet rooms.

We went to Sanjay's Kitchen for a really good Indian meal in the evening - walking distance from the B&B

When I put Townparks into my satnav, it took me to the wrong end of Birr, so don't do that. Put Rosse Row in instead.

Incredible B&B! The room was spacious and luxurious, as was the bathroom. So much better than any other B&B I've been in. The owners were also really friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

Wenn man einmal richtig wie in einem kleinen Schloss, jedoch mit allem modernen Komfort wohnen möchte, ist man hier richtig. In Schlössern darf man die antiken Möbel nur ansehen HIER darf man sie auch benützen ☺.
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und das Haus einfach ein Traum. Wunderschön ausgestattet mit antiken Möbeln, jedes Zimmer liebevoll gestaltet. Die Bäder sauber und modern und an die Einrichtung angepasst. Das Bett, ein antikes Himmelbett mit neuem Unterbau, wirklich himmlisch darin zu schlafen.
Kann das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Gorgeous place, incredibly friendly staff too. Only stayed for one night but my kids loved the garden area (with a trampoline). The room was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic. Worth every penny, and it wasn't even that much!
