  My PC build was acting up and I couldn't get a video edit done. I had been in with Rueben before and he sorted my issue out immediately and this time it was no different. Turned out I needed a new power supply. Between the part being ordered and it then being fitted by Rueben it only took 2 days. Plus he cleaned out my PC and added in two extra fans improve the air flow. Amazing service and fair price - will happily bring my PC back to virtual computer repairs.

  I gave my laptop to replace broken screen. He said, it can be done in two or three days max. I rang him three days after, he said screen is still on the way. I rang him day after, he said he received wrong screen. I gave him two more days to find screen from other suppliers. At the end he said he cant find screen. Other shop fixed it in 48 hours. This things can happen but he never bothered to ringing me and updating the status, which shows his irresponsibility. I hate to give bad review but hope he can give better service in future from this feedback.

  Absolutely wonderful service provided by both Rueben and Emil. They helped me build an incredible gaming PC. Clear expertise and professionalism with top class customer support. I can sincerely recommend this shop for anyone in need of PC repair or looking to get into PC gaming.

  All of the 5 star reviews are completely accurate, I highly recommend the service here to anyone having any kind of issues with their computer.
  These guys were super helpful and communication was great the entire time. My PC needed a lot of parts replaced and they helped me find really good deals within my budget, and then assembled the entire PC in no time at all.
  Emil in the shop was amazing, walking me through all the problems and answered any questions that I had along the way.
  Seriously top-quality, fast, professional and friendly service.

  Excellent Service. Reuben was professional, informative and extremely helpful in solving the problem with my family PC. No techy-talk or trying to upsell, he identified the problem & proposed a solution that fit our needs and budget. I highly recommend him.

  Reuben is doing amazing work. I managed to fry pretty much my entire PC, but Reuben saved a couple of bits and built me a new and even better one at a good price. I would recommend his services to anyone!

  The guys here are fantastic. Reuben really went out of his way for me beyond what was expected. The communication was excellent. I was filled in with the process every step of the way as it progressed. We had a couple unforeseen problems with the machine and Reuben had a way to fix every one of them straight away.
  Never been happier with PC service. I actually think my PC is better than when it was first out of the box 3 years ago.
