  Have had a set order in place online for special dog food that was recommended to me by Dec for my diabetic dog. My dog absolutely loves it and has had no issues with it at all. It is delivered to my door every 2 mths. Absolutely brilliant service and such peace of mind! They know their stuff and amazing to deal with. Highly recommend

  Ordered Woofins, treats and a collar for my dogs birthday which is next week. They all arrived today with very fast delivery and they all look great. I can’t wait for Coco to tuck into the Woofins. Thanks a million. I’ll definitely be shopping with ye again.

  I had a great experience purchasing on their shop. Not only they were super fast to deliver the items they also showed so much care in the whole experience.
  
  Definitely recommend buying on their shop as they are extremely professional and animal lovers.
  
  I felt it was so sweet and caring receiving a handwriting message to my lovely pet. This totally blew me away!

  I brought Lola my golden doodle in for a wash and dry! (I didn’t catch the girls name) but she did a fabulous job! Lola is only 12 months so still a little nervous but they were so good to her in there! Fantastic service and great range of products in the shop!

  Great selection of products. Ordered online and the delivery arrived super fast. Excellent customer service when enquiring on products and my dog enjoyed everything, including the complimentary fish treats which is a nice touch. Thank you Dec's Pets! Highly recommend!!

  Great friendly staff. Have great prices and I have recommended them to others. Much better than other well known pet stores! There fish especially are better quality than you will find locally
