Staff friendly and helpful and rooms clean and comfortable the only niggle for me was the fact that in the evening you can't re -enter independently but have to buzz reception but it IS just a niggle not a major issue

Very clean, comfortable bed, rooms are quite small but its a budget hotel. Friendly staff. A little noisy the night we stayed.

Very Costly for what is to Offer . Had very good Prices but all gon ? One Staff memeber" Please LOOK AT THE GUEST AS YOUR WAGES " Thank you. Some Staff very very nice and helpfull.

We were forces to move our stay to a new hotel from a previously booked one due to bad conditions at the old one. The Travelodge staff not only quickly and professionally booked us 4 triple rooms, they offered us a free room to store our luggage in for the day while we went touring. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and all needs were available to us. The restaurant attached is also wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!

Receptionist Lorraine could not have been more helpful and friendly. When my sleep was disturbed by both the heat and the noise of some other guests, she offered a room in a quieter location and found us an electric fan. Top marks for customer service.

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, no loud noises from neighboring rooms, supermarket and gas station close by, a short distance to both Thomond Park and The city center . what more could you want? .. (well maybe a larger tv) .. but seriously a good place to stay when coming back home from abroad! I will be back!

This was an interesting place. It was a stop on the way to killarny. Strange clerk at the front desk that was too helpful, and there was a very rancid cow smell outside if the hotel. It wasn't in the hotel, but coming up to it. But it was clean and fairly cheap, just far away from anything

A big thank you to the ladies on reception who were very helpful also to the person who kept our room clean and tidy. Thank you also to the staff, where we ate our breakfast, who were also very friendly. The only comment I would make about this eatery was the lack of cleanliness, the table tops and floors were sparkling clean, but sadly the metal trims walls and windows had been forgotten.
